‘The Ultimate Facial’

Yesterday I was invited to Flint and Flint Skincare’s new clinic in Harvey Nichols Manchester…. I had the Ultimate facial which consisted of a Glycolic Deep cleanse, Microdermabrasion, Transderm done over the top of the Serum, Enzyme mask, Hand and Arm Massage and a Moisture Infusion again with the 3x moisturiser from the range.

My therapist Grace (the manager of the clinic) recommended this for me as I had been away modelling and working very long hours and my skin was tired, dull and dry.   The clinic is beautifully done and so relaxing- I was greeted, had a consultation and a drink of ice cold water.

I was taken through to one of the beauty rooms and wrapped in a blanket- Grace explained every step of the treatment and the products that were being used on my skin.  The Transderm step was an electrical pulse applied to my serum smothered skin which was not uncomfortable but I definitely felt a light tingle, (hence you know it is working). The enzyme mask was left on for ten minutes and my skin literally drank it all up.  The products weren’t particularly scented which I liked and the texture of them was amazing for me- gel-like instead of cream based or greasy.

The glow on my face was amazing my skin instantly felt energised and alive after a very stressful few days.  I bought the serum which contains borage oil and vitamin C- its’ one of the best serums for texture I’ve used recently and doesn’t break the bank at 48.00.  No makeup needed today either which is a massive bonus for me on my days off!!!!  Highly recommend this range and their clinics which are based in Manchester and Cheshire.

Contact grace on grace@flintplusflint.com for bookings or pop in mid shop for a informal chat.

Especially now Summer is approaching (we hope!!!) our skin needs a little extra protection they have a fab range of SPF products too.
